Anxiety
Anxiety feels like an electric fence around your life, shocking you anytime you try to move outside its borders. It does not have to be that way. Let’s work together to balance your nervous system and get the message to your brain that you are safe.
Trauma
Bad things happened and the past just won’t stay in the past. It’s like there’s some invisible chain attached to your ankle that won’t let you move away from blaming yourself. Maybe you get really anxious in certain places and situations and just don’t know why?
Insomnia
Not being able to fall asleep, waking up in the middle of the night and not getting back to sleep. . . it just plain sucks. I can guide you on path to change that and finally get a good night’s sleep.
